TYPES OF INTERVIEWS
While most of us have sat in work related interviews
before, it might surprise you at how many different kinds there are out
there. If you break it down into its
core objectives, you will find 12 different types of interviews out there:
- Screening
- Campus
- Employment
- Reference Check
- Coaching
- Counseling
- Grievance
- Disciplinary
- Performance Evaluation
- Change In Status
- Termination
- Exit
I recently went through a class that walked through the
methodology of each of these interviews.
I hope to take you through each of these interview types over the coming
days and share some of the details of each of these.
